Biddate Set

New construction of an educational facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility. The facility will be composed of a mass timber, steel and masonry primary structure with industrial metal rain screen comprising an approximate building area of 2326m2. The building will include a large two-storey volume workshop interconnected with a one-storey block of labs and service spaces inclusive of a 150m2 mechanical mezzanine level. Civil works will include a new paved exterior yard, new parking facilities both adjacent to the new building and remotely located. Revisions will also incorporate two main campus roads, which will also receive upgraded landscaping and pedestrian infrastructure.
