Renovation of a library in Peterborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade, one-story below grade library. Restoration of the 50-year-old Bata Library on the shores of the Otonobee River, on the Trent University Main campus. The scope of work will include interior and exterior improvements. Interior alterations will consist of partition relocation, improvements to existing mechanical, electrical, and fire/safety systems. Exterior improvements will include replacement of the wood trellises, roof replacement, and improvement to the stone steps.
