Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and five-story above grade multi-residential development. To provide, but not limited to, all necessary expertise, labour, materials, plant, supplies and equipment for Phase I for the construction of a new five (5) storey, multi-family concrete building with underground parking. The building will be constructed at the location bounded by Heather Street on the east, Willow Street on the west, 13th Avenue on the north and 14th Avenue on the south, and south of the lane. Construction of this new multi-family, five storey, concrete LEED GOLD building is expected to generally include: a) Excavation of site including shoring, site elevation grading, compaction, and other related site preparation work. b) Supply of all materials, equipment, labour and incidentals for the complete construction of a five (5) storey concrete building, including the underground parking level, multi-purpose playcourt, above ground structures, roofs and all interior building electrical, HVAC and other mechanical, communications and other systems, insulation, glazing, doors, drywall, plumbing and electrical fixtures, millwork, cabinetry, painting, floor coverings and all finishing work to produce the occupant-ready building. c) Connection of all underground utilities and services including tie-ins to city and other services. d) Landscaping, sidewalks, drainage, underground sprinkler and exterior lighting systems and all other related work. e) Provision, coordination and scheduling of all required building trades and labour in the above. f) Coordination of third-party architects, engineers, City of Vancouver building officials and others involved in the usual aspects of multi-family building construction work inspection and acceptance, project administration and execution.
